When we designed the best headguard in the world, we created a small problem for ourselves. Where do we go from here? Our Kanpeki range is known worldwide and is seen as the pinnacle of boxing equipment, so how do you improve perfection? Every Headguard is handmade by our artisans, making each one unique. We decided to go back to the drawing board and read every review ever written by our customers on multiple platforms. The fact that you all loved the old Kanpeki range made it hard to see how it could be improved, but a handful of people pointed out that the leather sometimes showed inconsistencies. So that became our main goal. To ensure that every item of Kanpeki LX we sold was impeccable.

We looked at every stage, from tanning to cutting the leather and finally crafting, but some products still came out with minor imperfections. So we decided that there was only one thing we could do, improve the material we start with. After reviewing hundreds of new samples from dozens of factories and countries, we ultimately made a choice for the new LX series. Handmade 100% Italian leather, the best of the best, fitting our headguards. So now we can proudly say that the best headguard in the world is now handmade from luxurious full-grain Italian leather.

The Headguard has, of course, not changed much in terms of design or performance. It still offers unobtrusive, full face protection with a wide field of vision. Ventilated mesh ears and an open top keep you cool and comfortable during training, allowing you to keep your head in the game. It still comes with the patented T-Cross closure system that helps provide a perfect fit every time you wear it and also ensures that there are no unwanted shifts, so you can continue to focus on what you are doing.
