Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Kickboxing-shop.nl, you have up to 14 days after receipt to return your order. To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply: the product must be unworn, the original tags must still be attached, and the original packaging must be intact.
Costs and Free Return Option
Returning your items is easy via our return portal. You can choose from the following options:
- Free Returns: Opting for a refund in the form of store credit? Then your return shipment is completely free of charge!
- Regular Refund: If you do not choose store credit, return costs will apply. These will be automatically deducted from your refund amount:
- Within NL, BE, and DE: €5.95
- Outside of NL, BE, and DE: €10.95
Please note: If the total order value drops below the threshold for free shipping after your return is processed, the original shipping costs will be charged and deducted from your refund.
How does it work?
- Go to the correct return portal using one of the buttons below (please check your order number carefully).
- Enter your email address and order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose store credit (free) or a refund, select a shipping carrier, and download your return label.
- Drop off the package at a service point of your choice.
