We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or cancel your purchase.
During this period, you may view and try on the item as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product, we may charge a reduction in value.

If you register your return via our return portal, we will send you an affordable return label and instructions. You are also free to send the package directly to our return address on your own initiative and at your own expense, provided you inform us of your decision to cancel within 30 days of receipt.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery (such as mouthguards or groin guards).
- Gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and either select store credit or, once the return is processed, place a new order in the webshop.
Statutory cooling-off period (EU)
As a consumer within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Following this cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
