Submerge the mouthguard for 30–90 seconds

Remove with a utensil and let cool to a comfortable temperature

Bite down firmly. Apply even pressure using fingers and tongue

Hold for 30 seconds to ensure it molds to your teeth

Carefully remove the mouthguard

Rinse under cold running water to cool completely

Test the fit to ensure proper fitting
