During the cooling-off period, you may view and try on the product as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use or damage beyond what is necessary to evaluate the product, we may charge a reduction in value.
Costs and free return option Returning items is very easy via our return portal. You have the following options:

Free return (Store credit): Do you choose a refund in the form of store credit? Then your return via our portal is completely free!

Regular refund: Do you prefer not to choose store credit? Then we charge a return fee for the use of our return label. This will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount:

Within NL, BE, and DE: € 5.95

Outside NL, BE, and DE: € 10.95

You are, of course, also free to send the package directly to our return address on your own initiative and at your own expense.
How does returning work?
- Go to the return portal via the button below.
- Enter your email address and order number (found in your confirmation email).
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose store credit (free) or a refund, and download your return label.
- Drop off the package at a collection point of your choice.
