- For bag or pad training, a lighter size can be chosen for more speed and flexibility.
- Pay attention to brand and model: some gloves run smaller or larger. Always check the product description.
- Some models require a "break-in" period. This means they may feel stiff at first, but will become softer and more comfortable as you train.
- For kids using 10 oz or less? Focus on hand circumference. Children don’t spar to the head and punch with less force.
